eddie1976E Great videos. We are at the same place in out training. He knows when I say "heel" he needs to be at my left side, but we are supposed to train the sit on both sides...this is our homework for this weekend.

MaggieRoseLee Hopefully you have gotten a good start on --->

and just trying to work this obedience in.

That dog/trainer have already taught/learned everything in the video you posted. So all the weeks and building up to that final performance is missing. CLASSES are always best so we don't miss steps and try to go to far too fast.

Obedience Training 6.5.14 - YouTube

I've recently started working with my boy Bandit in obedience. He's very ball driven. He's gotten down the basic commands for the most part. I'm wondering though, as the title suggests, how do you go about training the dog to go from the left side to the right or the front? I was thinking of "place" markers but no progress there...
