I hope you can make it up! If not keep us posted on when you're in Cali.

Yes, both Xander and Kimber are for sport/protection. Xander comes from Alaska. Ivisaruk River vom Lytle.

I don't do a ton of decoy work on my own dogs. With the ones I handle, I only do some play and what I like to call exposure to situations type work. I may also do a little targeting, but all play. With the dogs Kiersten handles, I do a bit more but nothing overly aggressive. For example, Heidi is getting ready for a muzzle title, so I'm not doing any of the muzzle work or hidden sleeve work. I also don't work any of my dogs in a trial. Mainly because I don't want anyone to discredit or doubt what Kiersten and her dog have accomplished.
Thanks for the info. It would be nice to be able to lay the foundation for the dog on your own. Im jealous. Good that the wifey is on board with more training and more dogs..lol not all of us are so blessed.

Are the males competition or stud prospects? Where did you get Xander?

Curious how do you find doing bitework with your personal dogs affects the relationship. DO they hesitate? Are their grips affected?

This round of 20 questions is over.
