mnm I have to agree with MaggieRoseLee, I don't like the ease or accessibility of information from their website. No information about health, pedigrees, anything about their personal dogs on either website access posted. JMO....

Alena Gonzalez He has the pups at his house. His kennel is a few miles from where he actually lives so the puppies are not there. That's actually his old web site. He's using another one now I think it's

I have a list of questions for him when I talk to him this week. I've weeded several breeders out. I've met someone that is in the business that's well respected and she said he's a great guy. However she's not familiar with his pups/ but more his training. Because he doesn't produce a lot of pups it makes it hard to find someone who has one!
Thanks!! I'm sure when I go actually see the dogs and feel the situation first hand I will have a better sense. I can usually smell bs from miles away :-)
Thanks again

MaggieRoseLee Hopefully your homework included going thru all the links on --> http://www.germanshepherds.com/forum...ind-puppy.html

I don't like the way their website is set up, confusing and hard to find information. Not sure how many litters they have a year, how the puppies are raised (in the house or kennel) and the social (for people and other dogs) attributes of their dogs. I like dogs that can work AND get along well with other dogs/people and not sure it that's also the goal of this breeder.

Renaissance Kennel. Texas

I'm in the process of purchasing a GSD. I am doing my homework and was hoping to find someone that has purchased a dog from Renaissance Kennel in Montgomery Texas (outside Houston) very small kennel. Actually the guy specializes in schutzhund training but also breeds a couple litters a year. Can someone give me some info??
Thanks!
