elbow dysplasia should be ruled out or in one way or another
but as for diet skip the j/d
however you cannot give rice and chicken and eggs and call it balanced
please do your research or else feed a good quality kibble!

My 20 month old boy had begun to start limping on his front legs, favouring his left leg and avoiding using his right front leg.
We went to the vet who did xrays and bloodwork. She says there is something going on with the elbow area, and is recommending me to a specialist. She says, however, that she is very suspicious of elbow dysplasia.
She suggests we start Hills J/D. He used to be on Taste of the Wild, but for the last week we switched to boiled chicken, eggs and rice as his diet because I've heard terrible things about processed kibble, no matter how high end it is.
Does anyone else's pup have this problem? I'm not sure if J/D is really beneficial or just a vet trying to sell me their food :/ On top of it all, he also has renal issues
I got him Nutrasea Omega-3 oil as a supplement, are there any other supplements that you would recommend?
Thank you so much.
