NormanF Little dogs can boss big dogs around. On Animal Planet's Dogs 101 there is a hilarious segment about a Doberman being put in his place by a Chihuahua. A small dog can pull a lot of weight if it sets its mind to it. Toy breed dogs can be tyrants.

It wouldn't take much for ANYTHING to hurt a chihuahua they look like they could be injured by a breeze

But if you're going to get one, do make sure your GSD is 100% trained and totally zen. I never even let my pup near a chihuahua or small toy breed when they go to the dog park. They could really break a bone from a little playfighting. Can't imagine what a grown GSD do.

Think I should wait till shes older? Opinions?
i'm sure most will say wait 'till this one is trained and a little older. i think a year old is a good age but a lot will say 3 years.
