I've had really good luck with the Himalaya chews as well:
And also for dogs that like wood, like mine, there's this chew:
I've found the wood one is not as tough as an antler, so possibly easier on the teeth?

|Msmaria||Dex is like Jake. Big rope Bully sticks last maybe 15 minutes. Stopped the raw bones and antlers because he chipped a tooth ( not sure on which one) Would love some ideas to keep him occupied with safe chewing.|

|jocoyn||Then bones and antlers can crack the teeth on an aggressive chewer. And the recommended knuckle bone, raw.....had one of those break a tooth.|

|fredh||Ya he always has a Deer Antler on hand and he usually picks a medium marrow bone clean in an hour or two.|

|Pax8||That's why I like raw bones. Much healthier for them than any crap Pedigree makes as well. Gave my boy a small marrow bone last night for movie night and it kept him occupied through two full length movies.|

Pedegree Long Lasting Chew
Gave Jake one of their "Long Lasting Chews" for Dogs bigger than 50 pounds.
Well, I guess Long Lasting for them means 5 minutes, cause we timed Jake and it was all gone after only 5 minutes! He really enjoyed it but I was hoping it would last more than 5 minutes!
