Anubis_Star I'm skeptical of a lot of herbs. Not saying they don't work, because I think there is definitely a place, but I read about some that I just don't understand at all.

It advertises as managing discomfort from NORMAL activity. So I do not think even the makers feel it would help with a painful disease process.

I would also speak to a vet before starting any kind of herb therapy, just in case it may counteract with any pain medication or anti-inflammatories you are already give.

Rimadyl for Pano

We're not sure whether our six month old has Pano or not. Vet prescribed Rimadyl for 10 days, to be discontinued after a week if limping ceases. He is on crate rest for two weeks, just started yesterday, and it's KILLING us! We go back in one week for x-rays if still limping.

If you try this herb stuff, please post your thoughts.

What about this for Pano?

"Herbsmith Comfort Aches".

I found it on the Leerburg website. Has anyone here had any success with this supplement for Pano?
