The first few days we had him, I thought he'd make a great Therapy dog. He was calm and quiet and he's quite obedient. Therapy is something that I've had a passion for, for as long as I can remember.

However, now that he's settled and I've gotten to know him a littl better, I'm thinking therapy is out of the question. He needs somthing more like Agility or Flyball.

There is an agility beginners class in my city that starts up in the springtime, so I'll be signing him up for that. I'm still looking for a Flyball group to try out.

For now, he's my walking/jogging partner.

Mister C Wako is very handsome. You and your husband are good friends for making him part of your family.

New here!

Hi all,

A friend of mine handed over his GSD to my husband and I last week, as his 6 month old daugter is severly allergic to him.

Wako is still adjusting to his new home, but everything seems to be on track. He's 18 months old, and very much still in puppy mode.

This is the second GSD that we've had. Our first belonged to my husband when I met him, and was already a senior dog when I came along. Puppy enery is all new to me!

I look forward to reading and sharing lot of information with you all.
