|Ellimaybel||My husband is in the process of finishing his project... A food and water stand for Gunther. He did better than I thought he would as it's actually a box and I can fit the little dogs stuff right inside/under the box. He has to finish sanding it and then varnish it before we can put it to use and take pictures but I'll show them when they're done. My husband has never been a wood worker, it's a new hobby so I won't say it's the most beautiful thing ever but he's making it out of love so I guess it is.|

|wolfy dog||Thanks for a very helpful idea! DDog has a habit of pawing in his bowl, dropping toys in it, etc. Gonna give this a try with an X pen panel.|

Thanks! Kind of proud of it.
shepherdmom, I tried a towel but she still scooted the bowl everywhere and then brought me the towel. Too smart for my own good!
ZoeD, I thought so, too. Who knew a bowl of water could be so entertaining. Looking forward to spring so I can take her to the lake. She was born in November so hasn't ever seen the outside when it wasn't frozen. Will be fun!

That's a great idea! ! Zoe is also creative with her water dish. Silly me I thought water was for drinking... but apparently it's good for digging in, dribbling, flipping, carrying or even sitting/standing/sleeping in
