shepgirl32 I have only had her for about 10 days. But I read some other posts and got some good suggestions. It is not urinating in the crate, it's submissive urination. Sometimes when I walked by her crate I would talk to her in a high-pitched baby voice which would make her urinate. I stopped doing that now she's fine thank you all for your suggestions.

jrod15 How long have you had her or how long has she had the crate . Do you feed her in the crate as well? Once they realize it's their little area they won't go potty in it .

Mary Beth Oh, I certainly don't think your pup is being spiteful. She is just confused. Try taking her for a walk and also playing with her outside, so she empties her bladder.

Potty in the crate

My puppy is peeing in her crate. The crate is not big for her, just enough room for her to stand up in and lay down. She pees and lays back down it it. I wonder if she's being spiteful? I take her out at least once an hour and sometimes I'll take her out, then put her in the crate, she cries for a while, then pees, then goes to sleep. What should I do? She is 10 weeks old.
