Those are good ones. Would be really funny with a dog and a bird.

I generally prefer two syllable names for dogs--easier to call them with it. I also suggest names that match for this brother-sister pair. How about this?

Freddy & Ginger (Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers)

Sammy & Britty (Sammy Davis Jr and May Britt, which seems to fit the circumstances even better)

brembo I'd have a hard time not calling a solid black male "Carbon". But I'm a geek like that. I'd be tempted to call the female "Diamond" at that point as girls are more refined, or at least I'd tell people that.

Eiros I like them all except Loki and Sergeant are pretty common. It's up to the owner though, and whatever they like!!

Are these good names for a new puppy? :)

So my cousin is getting a two new puppies soon, a black German Shepherd and a commonly brown and black colored GSD and she wanted me to come up with the name. It's a boy and girl, so I decided on a few names to give her. All are from books or movies, so they may sound familiar. (;

Girl: (Naturally colored)
Aurora
Willa
Sapphire
Vixen
Claire
Genevieve (Gen for short)

Boy: (Black colored)
Ash
Loki
Tove
Sergeant
General
Jace
