Kahrg4 I'm more of a global decorator. My walls are hung with Mayan plaques, wooden Costa Rican and Tiki masks, lots of hand carved statues and leatherworks. There's even a painted bull's horn from Nicaragua hanging in my living room. I've got faux chinchilla fur throws blanketing the bed and shaggy, six foot tall artificial trees framing the headboard. To offset all the brown from the leather and wood I've managed to cram huge amounts of real and fake greenery into each room. Heck I've even used moss to brighten up wall shelves. lol

Best way I can sum up my decorating style is that I need to feel like the room itself is alive, has a history, can tell a story.

Not certain if this is a French Table or from Queen Ann but this is my wife's baby and it's about 500 + years old .. Maybe Detroit Metropolitan Opera House.. I just can't remember, been in the family for many many years. It will go to my daughter.. Many an auction house has expressed interest, $$$ .. It's just not going to happen even for strong five figures..

LaRen616 This to me is the perfect bedroom.

If I didn't have animals, my house would be completely black and white

LaRen616 My house is very much "gothic."

I have stuff like this in my home

I have at least one gothic mirror in every room, I have gothic picture frames, gothic candlestick holders in every room and this beautiful gothic box that I keep my jewelry in. My bedroom has a black wall and everything is black and red. I have black and white pinup photos as well.

I like dark things, black/white photos, my walls are all grey, all of my furniture is black except for my couch.

My clothing style is leggings or jeggings with tall boots that are either wedges or heels but they have to be at least 3 inches tall. I like girly tops, I do wear some color but I mainly wear black. I have my nose pierced and I only wear a hoop in it. I never leave the house without mascara and eye liner on. I never used to wear lipstick but now I am obsessed with the nude lipstick look so I always have it on now. I have dark brown/black curly hair and I usually have a headband or flower in my hair. I have 10 tattoos with plans to get many more.

My animals are named after a dark theme, I have a Chaos, Draco, Mayhem, Monster, Sinister and Wicked. I used to have a Rogue and a Malice.

AngelaA6 I have my two extremes. I love victorian but I also love the modern minimalist style. My husband and I have decided to go with the art nouveau era so he can have his art deco and I can have my victorian but all with a slightly more modern twist.

As for personal clothing coworkers have dubbed it "rocker chic" haha lots of black, leather, leggings or tights and boots my coach rainboots are my favorite pair of shoes right now though haha

misslesleedavis1 I love earth tones, my walls are done in all shades of my bedroom ive got a mix of antique redone
Furniture and a queen sleigh bed with carvings in the headboard. It is the sexiest bed ever! ..when the dogs are not drooling n shedding on it ha.
