Wild Wolf Such a shame, very sorry for his owners. He produced well, one of my IPO/training buddies has an xbox daughter (very nice female) and have seen several at trial this year and have a lot of respect for that dog and what he contributed to the breed - especially in our local community!

GSD Owner in Training :-) Kato's sire is X-box. I contacted my breeder when I saw the news a few weeks ago and was told he passed away from a stroke.

wolfstraum I met XBox's breeder/owner at a show/koer a few years ago...he had some of the best working conformation dogs I have ever seen. RIP XBox

CelticGlory He was one of my favorite studs! I had wanted one of his puppies so bad, but it wasn't the right time for me to get a puppy at the time. This makes me so said.

elisabeth_00117 We have 2 Xbox sons in our club, both wonderful dogs. I was lucky enough to meet him a few times and really liked him. RIP.

Jax08 I was lucky enough to meet an Xbox son. What a fantastic dog. So sad to lose the great ones.

GSDAlphaMom They announced it on their site but didn't state the cause other than it was unexpected. He was 8yr, would have been 9 in Oct. Bloat and hemangiosarcoma always come to my mind first in an other wise healthly dog.
