Piper'sgrl looks like he might have blue heeler or something in him..his head makes me think so..or some type of cattle dog

GSKnight there are times I wish I had a mini-GSD... don't get me wrong, I wuv the big guy (125 lbs/27.5 in at the shoulder)... but sometimes smaller would be cool too

I am with him, everyday. He is not a dwarf. I believe he is GSD with either
Heeler or Border Collie mix. He has no breed traits, of a dwarf. That is
all I got to say, about that. This is my story and I am sticking to it.

jocoyn Oh, that is SAD (GSD x Basset); I also agree the OPs dog is NOT a dwarf but a mix.

GSD/Basset mix

A mixed breed dog can have any combination of physical features from the different breeds of which they are made up. Sometimes they look exactly like one of the breeds - sometimes it's a hodge-podge!

LeoRose I've seen a dwarf GSD, and it didn't look like this guy. Except for his coloring, he looks like an Australian Cattle Dog (heeler) to me. I'd go with the possibility of heeler X GSD.
