Loneforce (I have never put bedding in the crate until chewing stage is over.) My dog is using Gingers bed that I purchased from Drs foster & smith 11 yrs ago. It is as thick as a regular human bed and has heavy duty washable cover on it. It is still in the condition it was 11 years ago, and Ginger slept on it a lot. He loves it.

jocoyn Are you guys talking about the little rubber mats ..... those kind of yoga mats? I know we have had some rubber mats torn up in little bitsy peices. Moving pads seem to do ok but they are impossible to get the hair out. I do love the Kurunda bed though. He spent a while trying to destroy it and gave up.

jocoyn Kuranda Dog Beds - Orthopedic and Chew Proof

Aluminum frame. Has not destroyed yet. This is some of his other handiwork
The image to show that he does, in fact, like to destroy things .... I cannot trust him with a stuffed bed. All beds are to be vanquished according to him.

Durable dog beds

I have a soon to be 4 month old that recently learned that her precious bed is filled with the blood of angels "stuffing" and is actively trying to rip it in to tiny pieces, so do you all keep buying cheap beds? Or is there a GSD proof bed out there
