Msmaria Clowns, the statue of liberty tax lady on the corner with the mask AND her sign, being petted on the head, and water. Our groomer has to get in the tub with him to give him a bath. or maybe he just likes to see her get all wet.

What Would You Condition Your Puppy to if You Could Go Back in Time?

I'd condition mine to a muzzle, to nail clipping, to brushing and to ear treatments. I'd also have worked very hard on eliminating or at least making a big deal out of puppy biting.

His nails aren't a problem but the other issues really are. I think if I'd have known then what I know now about his behavior I'd have done more conditioning on these issues. But we were focusing on bathing him, teaching him to swim (previous dog almost drowned as a yearlin) and getting him to just heel and respond to simple commands, instead.

Now, Zeus is a problem dog on these other issues.

How about the rest of you. Are there things you'd have pre-empted with conditioning during the puppy stage?
