mego train with the best rewards, some dogs like the ball more than food, if he already seems to really fixate on the ball, I'd use that to make training really fun -- but I agree, teach him how to play and bond with you first

what kind of training?

hi folks, am new here.

am gonna adopted a abandoned working gsd who was rescued.

estimated to be 4 to 5 years?

know "sit" command only so far.

what kind of training should i start off from?
my first adopted mix breed has pass his pre novice

so i kinda know some basic training method.

this gsd has strong prey drive, he stare and wanted the ball so much.

should i train with food first or play?

kindly advice.
