trcy The people need to conserve water. The reservoirs in southern CA or pretty full, but there are strict rules on place on yard watering and so on. At least that is the reason why they said ours were so full.

Montu something like this?

Dear weather: Please rain

I live in the bay area too and most idiots around here think a rainless winter is awesome.

jocoyn Without getting too political, you and your environmental friends should look into fracking as well in regards to water use and aquifer contamination. My own congressman just introduced (sigh) a bill on energy in the House (DC not state). And there is another bill specific to fracking on the table. You should research bills on energy topics, on the EPA, etc. as they are all individually interrelated.

It is TERRIBLE!! I am nervous for everyone's sake here. I am not joking. If I do make a petition which I plan doing seriously, what should I say? Should I also put in factory farms? They also harm the environment.
