Well mine definitely does, maybe every 4th one has a failure, had to take it off, guess I'll be slapping. My lower has a bit of a lip on it where the level bends, I think it's just enough to not want to hold back all the time

I have it and love it. Makes one handed operation much easier. I have not noticed any bolt failure. Most my team used them through multiple shooting packages and no one had an issue that I know of.
