David Taggart I have heard you have to feed your puppy raw cartilage - periosteal part of the bones, beef gullets and such, so to supply the body with the same material the ears are made of.

They say...

They say if a puppies ears were up at one time, that they will go up. Both have been up before but they are still very soft and floppy.
