Back to the vet for Penny :(

So on the phone with the vets right now time to get miss Penny into the vets She went into heat October 9th (the first day she started bleeding). Its been what 8 weeks... and she (2 weeks ago) would do the whole "pee walk" and when I asked the vets about it when she went in for her heartworm test they said keep an eye on it and if it persists to call and get her checked... Well her "pee walk" has stopped but she the last week or so after she pees right at the very end comes out a couple drops of blood. Her nipples are still swollen and so is her vulva, although her vulva is not nearly as swollen as it was when she was in full blown heat. My vet appointment is in 4 hours, and I am nervous, yet again for my baby girl. She has had nothing but health problems from the moment I brought her home, thankfully I do have good pet insurance lol (thank god I got that when she was a puppy it sure does help)

Anyone have any insight as to what this might be? A UTI? Something wrong with her heat cycle? Any insight would be great so I can prepare myself. thanks!
