CaliMade She more of a family dog,I don't have plans of training her for a ppd or sport dog as of right now

Liesje I don't really agree with pit mix (the dog in my avatar IS a pit mix) but I agree that it's possible maybe even likely the sire is mixed. The photos are at weird angles and don't give any perspective on size.

You're missing the point... even if it's not with pit (and I personally know a pit/shep mix who looks like this... but my vote is still beauceron or something of that nature), he is very probably mixed with SOMETHING- which means nobody can tell you what to expect.

Are you planning on training the dog as a PPD? Or a sport dog?

CaliMade I looked up pit mixes but they look nothing a like. If you could find a pic that looks like him I would like to see it.

Pit bulls can learn hand signals too... Many pit bulls in our training club - all are well-behaved, dignified, loving, and intelligent.

I_LOVE_MY_MIKKO Do you mind saying what you paid for your puppy? You make a few references to the dog being tough, etc. What do you want to train the puppy in? PP? Schh?
