|Lovely Lunastar||Not sure if the AKC could help you as I think your dog maybe be imported from outside the US. I swear that tattoo is familiar and I think it's either from a German or Russian working line kennel. Most dog kennels in Europe will tattoo their dog's ears. I'd look into the foreign kennel registries as they might help. I think the kennel name is called Cerld and the M might be for male but I can't remember.|

Do you have any idea as to what agency/person your brother rescued Titan from? They may still have some information in their records.
Do you know if your brother tattooed Titan or was he already tattooed?
Any info you have may help us aid you in your search.

Help tracing my dog using his tattoo
To give a little back story, my dog Titan who is an all Black GSD was rescued in Colorado by my brother and two years ago he passed away so my wife and I adopted Titan. We just began doing Schutzhund training with him approx 4 months ago and every trainer we have seen asks about his pedigree because they believe that he comes from working lines. He has a tattoo on the inside of his ear but the part that has been usual to everyone is that it appears to be all letters. As best we could make out from the tattoo the letters appear to be CERLDM. Any help with this would be so great. Thank you!
