They may or they may not. If they are already standing sometimes probably, especially if they are are fairly small on the head.
The dog in my avatar is a BCXGSD and at 8 weeks we thought her ears would stay down (and she was absolutely adorable). By 12 weeks they were up full time.

All of the BCs with whom I train have stand-up ears. I guess the bloodlines have a lot to do with it.
If your pup is that young and the ears are standing sometimes, I would guess they will.

I dont' think anyone can answer that question with any certainty. A BC has tipped ears. If the GSD traits are strong, they may stand.

GSD/Border Colie ears?
I was curious if my German Shepherd / Border Collie will go ear up? He is currently 6 weeks old (7 on the 30th), I see his ears go up every now and then, but they don't stay up. Will this only happen at certain times, or will it become permanent.
Also I'll point out, it appears that he carries over more of the GSD traits, more than the border collie. Along with that, his mom is pure breed GSD.
