|Nikitta||Thanks folks for all the positive feedback. They have jerked me a few times on the extended leash but I take care to brace myself. And watching Xerxes taking the cat toys that my crazy brother bought for my cats, ( He's a cat person)I had to laugh when he took this stuffed mouse and would shake his head. LOL He's so funny. And I have missed them ( and didn't realize how much I NEEDED them ) so much. I have to admit that I forgot how much work big dogs are but so what? It takes me a little longer to get them fresh water, exercise them, feed them but, once again I DON'T CARE. My sweet dogs makes me want to go on and get over this. There was other posts about suicide? Do you think I haven't thought about it after all this crap that I have happened to me? My dogs have saved my sanity so many times. I had so many people telling that I had to get rid of them with all this going on. One thing I was positive about was, " NO WAY!" And even though I'm now drowning in credit card debt to keep them in a kennel for 6 months. I don't care. They are my family. They have healed me. I will get past the debt. Thanks you for understanding my feelings.|

|JackandMattie||What a happy reunion. Do be careful, though. I hope they have some sense to be mindful around you...but then, dogs will be dogs, no|

I am glad you are home, and I am sure the dogos are glad they are home. Whether or not that is a great idea, well, it sounds like a lot of tough operations. The dogs may spur you to victory though yet.
Good luck on a speedy recovery.

So how are Xerxes and Jas behaving?
Are they being extra careful around you?

|Nikitta||Well, my Mom about had a heart attack because I still use a walker a lot of the time and they are both young energetic dogs, but when I saw how gorgeous Xerxes looks when I saw him after so long and he is still the same little love bug when I had to put him there. I let him out for the last potty break for the night a bit ago and he rolled on his back and wanted his belly scratched like he always did, my heart melted and I'm glad I had him home. And my sweet Jas too. Thanks folks for all the positive feedback. My family thinks I'm nuts but WE ( we- meaning German Shepherd lovers. know what sweet love bugs this breed is. I'd never own a different breed EVER. ) Nothing bad to say about other breeds. I love dogs-period but I adore this breed.|
