As much as I moan and complain about my own (brief) days dealing with the public's pet dogs, it does feel good when you get a client who cares and puts the work in and really makes a difference with their dog. It can be a hugely rewarding experience, albeit with some moments that are... uh... maybe not so rewarding.
Anyway, I'm sure you'll do a great job, and they're lucky to have you.

Just don't conform to their policies if they aren't what you approve of. Maybe you can change their views if necessary/needed. I hope you don't have to follow customers around trying to solicit clients!
