My big ol' male GSD will sit with his head on the table where the kitten crate is and stare at them when they're on the heating pad sleeping. Just stare at them. Adorable.
Coincidentally, if anybody in my area would like one I'm happy to place them with fellow GSD folk! All males, all adorable!

LOVE kittens, cats....not so much.
What an adorable photo, do they take turns letting the kittens snuggle or does one dog carry them off and hide them so the others can't

|KZoppa||KITTENS!!!! I miss having kittens in the house. Faith was a little bit older than your current guests when I found her and her brother. Wish I'd had a camera at the time because Zena would spend so much time just guarding the babies from our older butthead cat and Riley. She carried them from room to room too. Such good dogs! Please keep updating on the kittens.|

Looks like you'll be raising a litter of germandoodlegrumpycats for a while.

Our First Litter... of Kittens!
This is what happens when you cross a labradoodle and a GSD... KITTENS!
I've taken a few creatures home from work to bottle feed over the past year. Usually its a singleton, or a squirrel. This time a client came in with three kittens whose mom was hit by a car down the street. So now we have our very own litter of kitten fosters! As you can see, my vicious dogs with their lure coursing prey drive cannot be in the same room without risking violent kitten deaths... LOL!
I can't get a good picture of all of them, but these kittens are currently being surrogate-'mothered' by a male labradoodle, male GSD, and two female GSDs. And a very grumpy man-cat that licks their faces after they finish their bottles. Just another day in my house, haha!
