|Neko||I took my puppy to get 2 xrays because I was worried out of my mind, than i decided that this wont work dogs eat stuff, small pebbles outside etc and i did my best to control it. I now wait and see and so far, no issues. we made it past puppy pica and now it's easier. I think you would of already seen a problem if there was one. i bet the crate was missing a screw!|

Honestly, I think she will be fine. The screw could be anywhere, you don't know for sure that she swallowed it. If it was still in her and causing problems, there would be signs of blockage, she would be sick, throwing up, etc.
You can always take her in and get X-rays just to be sure if you are really worried.

|jafo220||If your concerned to the point where you think she might have ate it, I'd go to the vet and have them look at her. They would know best what to do.|

Need some help/advice
So I just got a 9 week old Shepard puppy but so I got her a little crate and one of the screws must have been lose and I'm worried she ate it! It was sharp and It's prolly less than an inch long but it happened Tuesday around 9 am that I noticed it. I went through the entire cage and area around it looking for it. Since Tuesday she has eaten like a pig, pooped plenty of times drinks water and has plenty of energy.
Chances it could still be in her? Or would she have already had signs or symptoms?
