|Espo4442||There you go. I'm surprised Art isnt used at stud more often. Especially after his 18th place finish at FCI at the age of 8 years. I'll be interested in seeing how he does at WUSV.|

yes Chris - saw that when we met....and you saw Courage as well - she too was very outgoing....so he seems to not be so prepotent for that characteristic...
well - there is always another litter LOL Either Furi or my Bengal next - I do want a Furious puppy tho!

Lee, sorry to hear that.
Based on what I have heard about Art is that he's more or less a no approach kind of dog-Gitta must have balanced that out because while my male (1yr) can be very serious and dominate for his age, he also has a very outgoing personality.

Furi has been bred to Max twice....nice pups, she is very "sporty" so they are a bit more balanced out, very social and stable - I have seen one from the first litter that is a top sport prospect, living in a home with other dogs and very stable...am picking up two pups tomorrow for buyers...was supposed to get one myself - but too many buyers making changes on whether they were ready or not and all of a sudden - no pup for me

With the extreme drives and civil side, not a dog for someone looking for a golden in a GSD body. Lol.

|mharrisonjr26||I have seen 3 or 4 of Arts pups my breeder owns a few. Very high drive and focus. they are still young so the rest remains to be seen.|

|lhczth||I don't know the female, but I do know the male. Max (Art) is an exceptional dog and while a podium dog (due to a lot of hard work) he is not a sport dog. Very strong, high social aggression, but approachable and clear, very dominant, just a super all around working dog. I have not seen any pups by him, but have heard good things.|

Pedigree experts? What would you expect from this cross?
Max ze Stribrneho kamene
Gitta s Cagova Raje
I have become very interested in reading pedigrees. Fascinating stuff.
I have a female (nearly a yr. old now) with the above parents and she is my first GSD. I have learned a LOT the past year!
I know that it depends on the individual dog, but what would you have expected from this cross, just reading the pedigrees? I know what I got (I am totally in love with this dog!), and wondering how true she is to her pedigree?
CMKU numbers are Czech Republic right? What is LOSH-Belgian? My dog is pup from Czech imports with some German dogs mixed in right? All seem to be working dogs, not show line, right? I am still learning all of the abbreviations......
I will share more on her personality, drive, etc. after reading your thoughts on what you would expect from a pup with this pedigree.
