Sadly, what happened to that couple in Kingston is not that uncommon, not like it happens to every LGB couple, but it happens more than people realize. We knew of another couple it happened to, but they didn't publicize it.
I can't imagine how horrible ones life would be to live with so much hatred for another human being or family.

That is just down right deplorable! I hope the author is found and gets a legal case thrown at him or her for discrimination and for hinting at harming this child. Someone obviously missed the day that "be kind to one another and treat people the way you want to be treated" was taught. I have a friend who has a brother with autism and another friend who has Turret's syndrome, so hearing about this just makes want scream about the unjustified ignorance of the author and cry for the child and his family for having a neighbor or neighbors who could be so mean. I know that somethings can not be helped very much like my friend who has Turret's saying "Ahh" very loudly like a kid yelling and hitting her hand on a surface multiple times, can irritate people around her, but after a while it is easy to over look it. My friend's brother is like other kids his age. He likes to ride his bike, play outside, and play with neat toys such as trains. The only thing different about him is that he has to have a routine to folliw in his life, but that's it.
I, now, wish to apologize to everyone for the rant.

The person will probably have to move. Who wants people like that in your neighborhood.

|ozzymama||I hope they do find the author. A gf of mine lives in Clarington and is a manager at one of the indoor playground places - she says people are out for blood over it. Problem is, if they expose the author and he/she has children, it's those children who will suffer. (I say he/she because it could be either, just signing it as a mother) I mean on one hand, she/he should be charged with hate mail or whatever they can, but her/his family will suffer.|

|Syaoransbear||What's with all the horrible hate letters coming out of Ontario recently? Do people have nothing better to do?|

|pyratemom||It's hard to believe a human being could be so cold to a child. I went and read the entire letter and I have to say I'm shocked. I'm glad the community is showing support for this child's family. Maybe the naysayer will move away instead.|

|Girth||I had read that earlier today. I'm curious to see if they find out who wrote the letter.|

|Jax08||A co-worker just told me about this. There are just no words for how disgusting this person is. They rank up there with the person who sent a "sympathy" card to my mother when my 18 yr old brother died telling her she got what she deserved.|

Talk about a coward
'It's just so sick': Family of autistic boy asked to leave Ontario community ? or have him euthanized
The author of the typed one-page letter claimed to be a mother who lived in the neighbourhood and was upset at the noises Millson's grandson Max made when he was outside.
The letter went on to say the boy's "noise polluting whaling," scared the author's "normal children."
It also included statements such as "he is a hindrance to everyone and will always be that way" and "do the right thing and move or euthanize him."
Revolting human being.
