my 2 year old german shepherd, ate then went out back, when she came in she lied down and couldn't seem to get up, her abdomen is not swollen, her breathe and gums are normal, she was pooing where she was lying cause she was unable to get up, shes gradually gotten more and more responsive, any ideas? food? bad water?
