GsdLoverr729 I think a bitter cherry spray should be fine... Somebody more knowledgeable can correct me if I'm wrong.

It's a bitter cherry spray . She listens to leave it but I'm sure she 'bullies' her when I'm not here, although they also play happily.

I just wish she respected that the smaller dog is a lot smaller than her .....

I'm probably being overprotective as they are good buddies generally .

Nigel You might be better off in the long run working on a "leave it" command. Our pup chews/plays with our other gsds and he's having to learn this. You may also try to redirect her to some other toy or engage her in play yourself.

GsdLoverr729 It depends on WHAT spray you're spraying on her. We sell a product at work that can be safely sprayed on the dog and prevents them from licking/chewing due to the taste. But I wouldn't recommend spraying just anythingon the dog.

Anti chewing spray - on a dog

Hey there,

I was wondering has anyone sprayed anti chewing spray directly to a dogs fur?

My little dog keeps getting mouthed on her back by my GSD puppy .

I want to spray the anti chew spray by whal directly on her back .

Is this safe ?
