codmaster She is right about the eyes and "The Look"!

Once you get to know them, though, you realize the look is not "I am going to eat YOU" it is "I want to eat a TREAT!".

Heh! Heh! Funny and true story!

trevesty My grandparents were similar to your mom, then they drove me to get my male 2 years ago(man, it's been that long!?).. they were pretty indifferent then, but I had to go on a business trip to Vegas last January last minute.. my grandparents ended up watching him and fell in LOVE. I guess he'd lay at their bed all night and wouldn't let them out of his sight.

gaia_bear That's awesome. I had a similar experience with my grandmother who's terrified of dogs, I had to run some errands this summer and had to leave Gaia at her house. When I got back she was no where to be found, I almost lost it went inside and there's Gaia laying at my nans feet, chowing down on some roast beef, she brought her inside because she thought she looked lonely.

We have some pretty powerful dogs.
