Hmm not seeing the option to edit my above post.
But as promised: http://youtu.be/YUmEkVamKtw
You will most likely want to watch 720p or 1080p in fullscreen.

My favorite program is Irfanview
IrfanView - Official Homepage - one of the most popular viewers worldwide
Not only can it do a magnificent job of resizing photos, it will become your #1 image viewer as its many times faster than the built in Windows Photo Viewer and it supports tons more formats.
Totally free, small download, been using it for years.
Soon as I get some free time I think I will record a little video as a tutorial on how to use it, as while basic stuff is easy to figure out, with a bit of knowledge you can do some really advanced things with it like batch processing (resize hundreds of photos in one go) choose resample methods, add watermarks, crop, etc.

Image resizer originally was a Microsoft program that came with Windows XP. For some reason they dropped it for Windows 7 and beyond, but it's still available from other sources for W7 and beyond. It is very simply to use - right click on the pictures and select "resize images" in the pop down menu and away you go. Nothing to open up, no programs to run.

|Ken Clean-Air System||
Quick question - why doesn't the BB code here support image resizing using BB code itself? For example, using either [img=800x600] or [img height="800" width="600"] should resize the image using just the BB code itself without having to resize the images you are linking to. I prefer leaving my uploaded images at full size as I use the uploaded files as kind of a cloud backup to my local copies. Enabling this type of resizing would save the trouble of having to upload two copies (one resized and one full size) of every image I decide to post here.
Just a friendly question/suggestion.

|Shaolin||How do you post video? I'm guessing you just upload to YouTube and then go from there, but I wasn't sure.|
