Congratulations to you and your wife on your new puppy. As I post this, I am sitting on the floor in my living room with a leash tied around my foot, attempting to keep semi-control of one of our new pups (two weeks ago we brought home our two male GSD's at 7 weeks). We thought we were prepared…we read everything we could read, we put all our supplies/equipment in place….we discussed every possible scenario. My husband took a month off from work and I changed jobs in preparation for these new pups. In spite of all our preparation, they have turned our world upside down! I can't imagine our lives without them…they are awesome, and sweet, and busy, and mouthy and wonderful!. You guys are about to have a wonderful experience and I am so happy for you. If you are willing to listen, most of the people on this forum have good advice and support to offer. Your puppy is adorable. Please post more pics when you bring your new baby home!….buy lots of paper towels!

hello, from first timmer!
Hello people, me and my wife are soon to getting our first gsd! During our research on the breed we've done alot of reading on this site and finally signing up so we can post lol. Anyway here's a pic (hope it goes on) of our pup at 2 weeks of age taken 3 days ago. Will his colors come out more as he ages? BTW he is still at breeders until 7 weeks of age.
