Rei Thanks so much everyone!! I really appreciate it! Been in a bit of a rut lately when it comes to pictures, but it's a lot of fun having a new lens to play with. Plus, Trent's always a willing and cooperative subject! So thanks for all the kind words on the photography, and on the silly boy.

On a more random note, I was looking through puppy pictures and can't get over how much he's grown.

Thank you! I'm using my new 50mm f/1.4 D and loving it! Traded in my 50mm f/1.8 D for it, because I wanted something new. So happy I did - it's a really happy medium between my old 50mm f/1.8 and my 85mm f/1.8, without the inconvenient focal length.
