Rocket your signature says she's 8 weeks.. if she's only 8 weeks then is she even heavy enough to stress those joints anyway?

Yes, im worried about putting too much pressure on her joints.

Ellimaybel May I ask why you carry her halfway? Are you concerned with stumbling or joint issues? If that's what you are worried about perhaps you can slow her descent by standing directly in front of her and going real slow like yourself. Or by keeping her lead tight on the way down.

MaggieRoseLee When my puppies are small, if I hold them in close, they don't mind being held. As they get older and heavier you'll probably just find it easier to let her take them herself.

Picking her up

I live in an apartment on the second floor so whenever I wanna take Parsa out she needs to go down two sets of stairs. Right now I pick her half the time and let her walk the other half (mostly up the stairs).

Is the bad for her? I know dogs are not fund of being held in the air
