hunterisgreat a "bubble"? on the skin? under the skin? deep in there? fluid filled? hard? soft? does it move when manipulated?

Bubble on back of both ears more near the neck


I have a 1 year old German shepherd with a bubble size of a cherry behind each ear near the base of the ear. Anyone help me out if this is a serious issue, any natural remedies to help? Greatly appreciated
