Have a line on her before you call her so you can reinforce it, so you aren't teaching her that running away is an option available to her.
Otherwise, do the opposite, run the other way from her, she'll probably chase you.

Don't catch her....that will just make her run from you. She will think its a game. Get a long leash (20 ft), put it on her, let her do her business, call her, and gently pull her towards you, praise when she gets there and give her the highest value treat (in my case boiled chicken). Repeat, not just when out for potty. This is a vital part of training. The recall may save her life one day. It will take a long time to get 100% bullet proof recalls.
Also make sure she is getting the play time outside that obviously she wants and needs.

Puppy won't come when called
After done with potty and playing in the yard, Ella doesn't come in when called. Usually have to go inside and get leash & catch her. Any tips? We use same command everytime of Let's Go.
