Shade Personally I fed a LBP food until one year then switched to adult. Neither will hurt the dog, calcium levels would be my biggest concern

mydogs I like puppy formulas. A lot of breeders I know feed the puppy formulas. I also like the higher protein/fat. As always keep eye on her weight

Puppy or LB adult food?

When we got Gretchen, she was eating Puppy Chow. That had to change. She didn't like Wellness, and she ate around the vitamin bits in Blue plus had loose stool. We went to 4health puppy and things are wonderful. Her stool is perfect, her coat is shiny, and she's a happy girl. I saw they had a large breed formulation for adults.

The main difference is that the puppy is primarily lamb and the LB is chicken and the LB has joint supplements like glucosamine and chondroitin in it.

She was 40 pounds at 18 weeks. Vet is happy with her condition and growth. Would you stick with the puppy formulation or try the LB formula? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
