gsdsar That film is not horrible. Not sure retaking will help her rating.

What did she get? I would have said good or fair.

WVGSD Sabra will be having her hip x-ray re-taken next week by a different vet at a different facility. I am not happy with the film or the OFA rating that this film received. Her elbows are OFA Normal.

WVGSD Jocoyn:

Sabra's elbows were pristine. No problems there at all.

NancyJ Not an expert. The one on the left side of the image looks good to me but the one on the right seems it could go fair. Just a bit less coverage.........and looser. You can look at Beau for comparison (my post) he got 1 excellent and 2 goods so scored good but I was iffy on the hip on the left of my screen (which actually is the left hip).....and still think it could be better so I am doing exercise to build muscle back there.

Do you have the elbow shots? I am getting pretty good at reading those. IN some regards, I think they are more critical than the hips!

Sabra's hip film for OFA

Would love to hear what everyone thinks. Sabra is just two years old and this film (along with elbows) was submitted to the OFA for interpretation.
