Shade growing up

Some of you may remember me, or not, from when Shade (previously Loki) was a teeny puppy fighting all the way.
I found Shade being abused, without a speck of fat on him, skin and bones. The vet told us not to bother naming him as he wouldn't make the night let alone the week, he became very attached to me and I babied him through his first touch and go months with us. Now 6 months on I have a healthy happy and very loyal GSD bounding around the place! For what he went through he's the most affectionate dog I've ever met and would lay down his life for you. I hope he continues to grow and be his happy healthy self for many years to come.

I just wanted to share these pictures to show how far Shade's come from that neglected ball of fluff, and share his story as more rescue dogs need love, they can turn into the best companions ever!
