SuperG I have seen blue eyed GSD pups and they change after 1 1/2 - 2 months in most cases.

I have also noticed the "red eye" effect when taking pictures of young pups....very much blue and then changes to a yellowish color as they age.

I have read items such as this in the past..." dogs have a blue filter over their eyes for some weeks - its function is to give the pup's eyes some protection against sunlight during the time it takes for the pup's brain to learn to control the size of the pupils. But by 8-10 weeks the eyes should be brown".....I don't know if this is factual but sounds reasonable.

Pup looks like a GSD to me.
