5 weeks of diarrhea??

hello everyone am hoping someone could help me, my 2 year old gsd bitch has had diarrhea for 5 weeks now she has lost so much weight her ribs and spine bone can be felt and her muscle was slowly starting to go .

Her diarrhea just came on one morning and I took her to the vet they said feed her chicken and rice which I did and still no improvement so I went back to the vet and and they gave her metronidazole antibiotics so she was on them for 2 weeks and after her course finished I took her back because there still no improvement by this time our little kayla had already lost 10kg in weight so the vet took blood to test her for several things and results came back saying she was fine so the vet did another blood test to test for exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (epi) and I got a the result back today saying she didn't have epi and kayla has now lost a further 2kg.

shes to go back on Monday for more tests anyone have any ideas whats wrong? her food hasn't been changed shes still on her royal canin german shepherd food.
