Neko I switched one puppy at 7 month and second at 4 month per my vet she was growing a bit fast. But honestly no need for puppy food as all it has is some extra probiotic and sometimes fat. 75lb is a big girl! my male is 14 month at 73 lb. So I would go to adult food and keep her lean. hope this helps.

Mary Beth It is confusing and opinions from some of the older threads seem to vary from 6 months to 18 months. I guess I would keep her on the puppy chow until 18 months since she is doing well on it.

Switching from puppy to Adult

Hey guys I was wondering when is the best time to switch from puppy food to adult? My girl is a yr old and is currently 75lbs. I feed her twice a day and she still wolfs her food down like a 4 month old pup lol. Someone told me i should wait till she's a 1 1/2 years old before i make the switch. What do yall think?
