My harness maker only stocks black - once in a while he will have a dark brown hide....but normally, black....
I have a few if anyone is looking.....

|DaniFani||Oh I like the burgandy and dark brown! I've only seen the lighter brown ones and I'm not crazy about the color (I know...least important part of it lol).|

I got a "Large" when my puppy was about 5 months old and it still fits him as an adult (with room to grow). I think the large is the common size for a GSD. Before I ordered, we tried on Chris Wild's for size and I think she said she'd had hers like 10 years. First pics are burgundy, last ones are a brown one.

|DobbyDad||I like the look of the Bridgeport. Does anyone have any better photos and what size? Any thoughts on the one from leerburg?|

|DaniFani||Maybe when he's older and bigger I won't like it, but I looove it now :-). Wolfstraum the amish made harness sounds great. If I had the connections I'd def check that out. I am always buying crap for the dog, it's a sickness. I'll probably have three harnesses by the end of this season lol!|

I tried doing some with the snaps at the back of the girth - I get them custom made by an Amish harness maker for friends and people at training....harness leather not latigo, and brass hardware and real sheepskin padding - and I don't like them either....I like the traditional style - mine are the same style as Bridgeport sells but with real sheepskin at chestplate...

I'm selling/giving away all my other harnesses, but I'd still recommend the Bridgeport for anyone who wants a good working harness in that style.
