So after a few hours at the vet today he is all fixed up. Turned out to be a small piece of glass that was causing the problem.
Now hes gotta where a cone for the next few days....

|huntergreen||fair enough, most likely a harmless sack of puss. might go away on its own or in that position my open on its own. that is one i would have removed.|

|kbella999||When my dog had a cyst on her ear, they did some test on it to make sure it wasn't cancerous cells and they said they could remove it or leave it there if it wasn't bothering her. I left it there and it went away on its own. I hope it isn't serious whatever it is. Let us know what the vet says.|

Hi my dog has been limping on and off for a while on his front right leg, and I continually check his joints and bones for pano or anything that caused him pain. After no pain responses were ever elicited I was determined to find the problem.
So last night I got out my phone, turned on the light, and checked his paws again. Finally, I had found something at the base of his footpad, though I swear I had looked before, maybe it has just grown. It appears to look like a sebaceous cyst.
Anyways I have a vet appointment tomorrow, what are your thoughts as to what it is and the probable treatment?
