|Mary Beth||Since you think this is a happening when you are sleeping, having Gunther sleep in his crate a night, along with restricting the water, and taking him out later may help.|

A step backwards
At 9 months old, Gunther has been busted peeing in the house the last few days. When I had my Christmas bells on the door he was housebroken. I put the bells back on the door and am cutting off his water at the same time every night again. I haven't caught him in the act so have not made any corrections but I know it's him. First off it's definitely not cat pee and second off I know it's not the other dog because he pees on things, not directly on the floor. Any other ideas to turn this around fast would be helpful. Oh and he definitely goes out enough. I think it's happening while I'm asleep and he can't hold it too much longer.
When he was holding it I let him stay asleep when I went to bed. Now I'm making him wake up and go out again so that it's less time for him.
