We called and spent about an hour on the phone with a T-mobile worker, and he said that the HTC One has been improved in that area. I was just wandering if I could get some reviews and personal opinions.
Yes, we have insurance. I can turn my phone in for $300.

I currently have the HTC One X, and I hate it. There is really only one thing wrong with it, but it's been like this from the beginning. The SIM card won't read. When I need to use the internet the most, or need to make an important call, the SIM will stop reading! It does this all the time. I've tried getting it fixed, and it's fine for a week. Then it starts up again. It's doing it this very moment.
My family recently switched carriers from AT&T to T-mobile, because of the reasonable price. I'm getting the HTC One shipped to me. Does anybody have this phone? Could you tell me about it? How do you like it? How is the sound? Have you had any SIM card problems?
