First, hopefully your fence is tall, not the 4 ft variety
Easiest fix is a fence inside the current fence. Keeps them from being nose to nose - even through the plywood. A good easy DIY install is the 5 ft. x 50 ft. 14-gauge Galvanized Steel Welded Wire-308303HD at The Home Depot , using the YARDGARD 1-5/8 in. x 8 ft. 16-Gauge Galvanized Steel Line Post-328923DPT at The Home Depot . Maybe go as far as planting some ornamentals in between the 2 fences to create even more barrier.

The best way stop it is to not let it start. Put her on a leash when she goes outside. If she goes to the corner, correct her. Let her out to potty, don't let her near that area, she needs to learn that she never gets rewarded for being over there.

4 year excessive barking at fence - HELP!
I have a 4 rd GSD who is fine except she excessively barks at the corner of the fence at our neighbor's dogs. She goes nuts! Leaping at the fence and barking wildly. She will not listen to us at all when she is like this. If we go over to stop her, she just dodges and weaves around us to get to the fence. We have put plywood up on the fence to cover the view but it has not helped. Unfortunately she has been doing this for quite some time and we have given up on trying to control since nothing works. We even tried those stupid bark collar. The problem is, we now have another GSD puppy and she is starting to bark when she goes outside.
How do we stop this?!
